Kalmegh is a plant which is also known as "Green Chiretta" and the "King of Bitters". Kalmegh helps improve digestion due to its laxative properties: it aids in the elimination of faeces. It is also choleretic (helps in improving the properties of bile and causes a substantial increase in the flow of bile) and thus aids in digestion.

HOW TO USE ?

Take ¼-½ teaspoon Kalmegh powder, mix with 1-2 teaspoons of honey, have it 1-2 times a day after taking food.
